Our take
I bought the XD1 set to get back into golf after a decade. The driver is forgiving with a big sweet spot. The hybrid is easy to hit, and the irons provide decent distance. The bag is light and the stand works well. However, the putter feels cheap – alignment is off, and the face insert is nothing special. The grips are okay but started slipping after a few rounds in the heat. For $499.99, it's a good value for a complete set, but don't expect premium feel. The graphite shafts help my slower swing speed. Overall, a solid starter for seniors.
